First Degree
In Reiki One you are embarking on a path of self-discovery. You will learn the history of Reiki, practice the fundamental Reiki principles, meditations, techniques, hands on healing and receive the First Symbol Attunement.
You will practice giving and receiving Reiki to yourself and others.

This is one day of training IN THE ENERY ROOM THAT HOLDS THE EESYSTEM. ANYTHING DONE IN THIS ROOM IS MAGNIFIED!

Second Degree
In this class you will receive the Second the Third Symbol Attunement. This class covers absentee healing or sending healing to someone at a distance. Second Degree students typically experience an increase in heart chakra opening after completing this level.
Prerequisite: First Degree Reiki

After this class you will be a Master Practitioner and a Master Teacher!
The third attunement frequently results in a greater opening of the crown chakra and acceleration along one’s chosen spiritual path. It is one doorway to the lasting wisdom of the major spiritual traditions, which is the foundation of Reiki.
